PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA OF GYNECOLOGICAL ENDOSCOPY

Professional Gynecological Endoscopy offers advanced education in Gynecological Endoscopy. Diploma combines theoretical – practical training, then an exam as follows:

The number of hours for the diploma (259)

1. Theoretical training (115 hours): is conducted through interactive basic & advanced educational modules.
2. Practical (hands-on) training: comprises 144 hours at Cairo; some of the necessary training may be conducted at the candidate’s country if there is enough number of candidates (15 – 20 candidates).

3. The final exam (pass rate is 70%).
4. After passing the exam successfully, the Egyptian candidates will be accredited from Egyptian Medical Syndicate as a Specialist of Gynecological Endoscopy.

Professional Gynecological Endoscopy offers advanced education in Gynecological Endoscopy. Accepted students must make an initial payment of 50% before the start of the diploma, & then a second payment of 50% after 2- 4 months of the start of diploma.

• PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA OF IN–VITRO FERTILIZATION

   

  Professional Diploma of In-Vitro Fertilization offers advanced education based upon thorough experience in these very diverse science & many years of real experience with a magnitude of patients faced with the challenge of the inability to conceive.

  The Diploma combines theoretical-practical training, then an exam.

  Candidates will have to complete mandatory training hours which comprises 100 training hours.

  Finally, candidates will have to pass an exam to be a distinguished holder of Professional Diploma of IVF & after successful pass of the exam candidates will be recognized as a Specialist of IVF from The Egyptian Medical Syndicate.

  EDUCATIONAL GOALS:

  Our aim is to walk our trainees step by step & teach them from zero knowledge up to being a professional practitioner in IVF. Participants will receive high-end training in all relevant aspects for thorough & confident practice in IVF. Professional Diploma shall be provided by experts with a consolidated reputation & experience in clinical practice, teaching & research.

  Specific goals of Professional Diploma of IVF:

  1. To provide participants with up-to-date knowledge & skills in all aspects of IVF & pre-conception diagnosis methods covering all IVF conditions.

For each module: Our team of trainees will be requested to record & take notes of all scenarios they were taught in IVF, cases they have assisted in & what they have been able to accomplish totally on their own without any assistance.

MODULE 2: Gynecological ultrasound with all anatomical standard sections & U/S relevant images of Folliculometry, Uterine measurements used in different clinical & induction of ovulation protocol scenarios.

MODULE 3: All you need to know about Basic IVF protocols.

MODULE 4:  Hysteroscopy & its relevance in Infertility treatments.

MODULE 5: Advanced IVF & all about poor responders along with  patients with medical challenges.

MODULE 6: Importance of IVF lab language & new modalities.

3. Examination:

At the end of all modules, the participant must pass a theoretical & practical exam success rate at least 70, Egyptian Candidates will be accredited as an IVF Specialist from Egyptian Medical Syndicate (for Egyptians).

7. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA OF FETAL MEDICINE

    

   General information:

   The Professional Diploma in Fetal Medicine offers advanced education in Fetal Medicine. The Professional Diploma combines theoretical-practical onsite training, then an exam.

   Onsite training is conducted through an interactive platform with Basic & Advanced Thematic Modules, Mandatory practical (hands on) training comprises 200 training hours at Cairo, and some of training may be done on site of the candidate’s country if there are enough numbers.

   For candidates who can attend one week every 2 months but for busy doctors can attend theoretical lectures online but hands on training one continuous month split into two parts: 2 weeks stay every six months or one 4 weeks stay one shot, here at CAIRO according to regulations by ASFMS regulation committee.

   Finally, candidates will have to pass an exam (pass rate is 70%).

   EDUCATIONAL GOALS:

   Participants will receive high-level training in all relevant aspects for the practice in Fetal Medicine provided by sub-specialists with a consolidated reputation and experience in clinical practice, teaching.

1.1.     Onsite Live Contents:

All contents are offered through a Custom-Made Web-Based Platform, accessible through a personalized password for each participant.

The teaching program includes 6 thematic modules covering all relevant aspects for the practice of Maternal & Fetal Medicine. Each module is including:

• 10 to 20 Theoretical Live Presentations with intensive use of clinical cases & images/videos as appropriate;
• A discussion forum opens Live during the duration of the Diploma.

MODULE 1: Fetal Anatomy & Abnormalities, Placenta & Amniotic fluid.

MODULE 2: Doppler, 3/D & 4/D.

2.      PRACTICAL TRAINING:

2.1.     On-site Hands-on Training Sessions (The Log Book):

Participants will take 200 hours training hours on real patients.

2.2.     Self-training (The Log Book):

For each module, a set off Ultrasound images must be obtained by the participant & sent in an electronic format through her/his personal interactive platform. Images must be obtained according to pre-established criteria for the acquisition, quality and magnification, and include virtually all common ultrasound exams conducted in the practice of Advanced Fetal Medicine.

                      MODULE 1: Second Trimester Anatomical standard sections & U/S relevant images of a minimal number of well-documented anomalies.

MODULE 2: Doppler images of the most common vessels & the fetal 3/D & 4/D images.

MODULE 3: Gynecological images in different clinical scenarios.

MODULE 4: Cardiac structures & Doppler images in all relevant sections.

MODULE 5: First Trimester Standard sections & the U/S Markers.

MODULE 6: Importance of Amniocentesis & how to perform it safely.

All images must be evaluated for quality criteria & approved by one expert; then send

3.      Examination:

At the end of all modules, the participant must pass a theoretical and practical exam (success rate at least 70%), after success of exam Egyptian candidates will accredited via a card of Fetal Medicine Specialist from Egyptian Medical Syndicate.

The specific topic for each participant will be agreed upon with one expert, who will act as the supervisor and evaluator on completion of the research work. Participants can obviously ask & receive advice for completing their research work, but they are expected to produce it mostly on their own.

FELLOWSHIP OF AESTHETIC GYNECOLOGY

General information:

During the worldwide pandemic, with the whole entire human race shifting to online services, we present The Fellowship of Aesthetic Gynecology which overs world class education based upon thorough experience in this quickly evolving sub-specialty.

Obstetrics & Gynecology doctors have always been confronted with many chronic silent problems; along with a magnitude of patients faced with the challenge of FGM consequences, which came along with the heavy heritage of deeply, rooted anatomical & psychological issues. These problems had deep percussions reflecting on female patient psyche & self-image, with a great impact on the quality of life of a seemingly healthy couple.

The Fellowship of Aesthetic Gynecology is divided into 9 modules; candidates will have to complete mandatory training hours, of theoretical & practical lectures via high dentition (HD) videos on-line, from hospitals all over the world; which comprises 8 training hours per Module / month.

The Fellowship of Aesthetic Gynecology candidates will be requested to hand their own research work of 40 training hours during a period of 4 months, as the maximum time allowed on research work. Research work shall be supervised by O&G consultants from the USA & Germany.

Trainees have the option of having a clinical attachment here in Egypt, USA or Germany.
